1. Order Confirmation: When you place an order on www.sahajasamagri.com, you will receive an order confirmation on your mobile number. This email will contain the details of your order, including the products purchased, Shipping address, and payment information. 2. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by www.sahajasamagri.com. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where the product is out of stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled or refused, we will notify you and process any applicable refunds promptly.

3. Return Eligibility: We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from www.sahajasamagri.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the received products, you may be eligible to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Products that are not eligible for return include perishable items, personalized items, and products marked as non-returnable. In case of DAMAGE PRODUCT received at you end you need to prepare a 30 Sec video along with original packing of delivery.

4.  Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact HELPDESK: Contact our HELPDESK team either by email or phone and provide the order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Step 2: Return Authorization: Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RA number) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Step 3: Package the Return: Securely package the products you wish to return, including all original accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 15 to 20 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our HELPDESK team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund, as appropriate. The forum will not be responsible for any damage in transit of goods (i.e., in shipping or courier) for that if you want to claim refund you need to request insurance for goods to be couriered and those expenses will be borne by customer. The replaced product for the damaged and defective products will be delivered in 2-3 days.
